If you are looking for some ground shaking, super bass, super volume, gaming spkrs, forget about this set. No way. Forget about it.

However, for some subtle background music, small office use, something light duty, they perform just fine. And play fairly loud with somewhat decent sound quality...

I have found these speakers to perform satisfactorily when plugged into a small Walkman type radio/mp3 player or portable CD player. Or listening to broadband internet radio while working.

The overall appearance is unique w/the ovoid styling and the assembly is good. There is a on/off switch and volume control. Tone adjustments are made at the source.

For light duty use, these speakers are well worth the money.

However do consider what the intended use will be before purchasing.

These speakers are cheap and you get the sound you expect from the price -- which is to say, not much.

I've had these speakers for over 4 years and they work just fine. I'm not playing concert music, just background downloads, youtube etc.

I just wish they were more substantial so that while cleaning up, dusting around the computer they didn't keep falling off the desk to dangle by their cables...! The slightest touch sends them flying!
