I bought this DVD for some ideas for a routine for my dance class. There were three sections of actual dance moves with instruction. Each set was short and fast. There is no way I'd want to see my girls dancing like this either!! There was more time spent on the "Behind the Scenes and the Freestyle (which was bad too!) than on the actual instruction. Waste of money!!

This video has a great bunch of uniquely different kids of all ages coming together to dance hip hop. It teaches energetic and clean fun for all ages (it even has a segment with a whole family dancing hip hop together). It starts step by step at first, and then moves quicker so you can really put your own flavor on the dances. I've seen many young adults, moms, dads, and kids dancing to this video, and just have to say it is terrific!

Wow! I thought this DVD was great even BEFORE I realized that it had a whole other 15 minutes of BONUS footage that was even better, and SOOO CUTE!!!!! These dancers are incredible, and they are mostly all kids, which made it that much more fun to do it alongside them.
