Lenox produces a wide array of fine china animals and figurines for its China Jewels collection. Introduced in 2003, this Holy Family of ivory china forms the focal point of a home nativity arrangement. Mary's cowl, Joseph's robe, and Jesus's halo are accented with 24-carat-gold and embellished with tiny enameled dots, the 'jewels' of the collection's name. A two-inch-long plastic crystal Star of Bethlehem with a gold hanging cord is also included with the set.

A superb gift for a special person or family at the holidays, the Holy Family comes packaged in a sturdy gift box that doubles as a storage box. Joseph stands 6-1/4 inches tall, kneeling Mary 5 inches tall, and Baby Jesus 3 inches long. Other nativity figurines from the China Jewels collection include the Three Kings, angels in adoration, a shepherd, various animals, and a palm tree for ambiance. Product was as depicted and arrived promptly and in excellent condition. Unfortunately, it was not a match with the set my gift recipient needed (not the fault of Amazon or the vendor). When I had to return it, the vendor was extremely accomodating to my situation and worked to find the appropriate Lenox set. I compliment her highly on her professionalism and personal care.
