Beautifully sculpted and sure to be cherished as a gift, the Baby Jesus, Mary, and Joseph figurines in this set from Lenox's Little Town of Bethlehem collection are hand-painted with earthy tones and gilded with hand-applied accents. Eyes and faces are intricately detailed, and the Christ child can be lifted off his hay-lined bed. The ivory fine china figurines employ a mixture of matte and glossy finishes. Joseph, kneeling, measures 3-3/4 inches tall.

Of all of Lenox's nativity collections, the Little Town of Bethlehem is perhaps the most realistically represented and colored.
