I bought this DVD hoping that maybe, if I decide to actually workout, that I would like it. I didn't just like it, I LOVED IT! This was the first time I tried it and I have to say, I was expecting something very easy but this is a REAL workout! The music is great, the exercises are great, the ab routine is killer, and Richard's comments actually made me smile. LOL a must-buy!!!

I rented this before I purchased it. I am very happy with this workout and how good it makes me feel. Anyone that is a fan of Richard's workouts that are toning oriented will not be disappointed by this one. It's a winner!

The workout is fun and easy to follow. It's over before you know it, but you feel the results the next day. It mostly works your arms, but has some squats and has a separate ab workout, which was great. I would recommend any of Richard Simmons workouts to anyone. He is a lot of fun and easy to follow. The people behind hinm always seem to be happy and having a great time. That helps me stay motivated.
