Having bought the special edition of this album(with a 100 page lyric book) I was greatly impressed once again by their range; Seelensturm has a beautiful sound which slightly reminded me of Sopor Aeternus. While "For Eternity,I will not feel, Winter
of my soul,"( All before Sonja the angellic herself joined the band) Remind me of Brother against Brother, Full of anger and pain with Industrial sound. " Hate.." Is a very methodical dark beat, which grows the more you listen to it. "Violation" is brutal, though its my least favorite. "Silver rain, Bitterkeit(piano version)" are must haves, Her voice really does make the band! As for "Echoes" its good I just already had it. "Ich gab dir alles" (rmx) I found missing something.. "forgive me" is a good electronic beat, i just love the lyrics from the original.
"tiefsterWinter" (rmx) is great far more mellow then the first one. This should not be the first album its for those of us who want all of their music. I have half of everything they released and I'm still looking for a song I don't like. Never heard of them? (...). Fans try Songsearch.
