Wow that was a creative title. *rolls eyes at herself*

Anyway, I do have to give this pack accolades. It's made of sturdy material, and all the straps and buckles adjust easily and snap together nicely so I didn't feel like it was going to slide all over my dog's back and give her blisters. It also arrived very quickly after I ordered it.

I can fit quite a lot in the pack, and regularly have my dog carrying two 8-oz. water bottles in each pocket (so four total), plus my cellphone and keys and a first-aid kit. If we were going for overnight hikes, I'd still have room for her to carry her own food, too.

My dog is always excited when I take it out (probably because it means we're going for a walk, not because she has to carry stuff), but at least I know that means wearing it is part of a positive experience.

Just be prepared for annoying people to ask you "Why is your dog carrying everything?" when you pass them on the street. I used to explain that it was good to "give dogs a job by making them carry things" and that I carried other stuff (like our food), but so many people asked me about it that now I just laugh and say, "Because I'm lazy." Let them think what they want.
