Direct to us from Northern Michigan. Premium Great Northern Beans, perfect for ham and bean soup or baked beans. To degas beans, use the quick soak method. Boil beans in water for 2 minutes, then remove from the heat and let it sit for 2-4 hours with the cover on. Or soak overnight or 12 hours. Next drain and discard the rinse water, rinse again then cover with fresh cold water.
