Important Information

Directions

For Dry Heat:  Securely connect the heating pad to the cord.  Plug into a 110-volt outlet and set control to desired heat setting. 
For Moist Heat:  Securely connect the heating pad to the cord.  Spray the entire pad with water.  Plug into 1 110-volt outlet and set control to desired heat setting.
Washing Instructions:  Unplug the cord from the electrical outlet.  Disconnect the pad from the power cord by grasping the control connector and pulling directly away from the pad.  Machine wash pad in warm water on gentle cycle; tumble dry on medium heat.  Do not plug the pad in until it is completely dry.  For detailed instructions, see manual inside.

I have used this almost every day since I bought it and I have found it to be sturdy (does not wad up like my old one did) soft and comfortable against my sore back with gently warm heat that relaxes some very sore muscles. Out of all the heating pads I have tried this is the best of the newer ones.

This heating pad is very comfy because it's so soft and pliable. That's the good news. The downside is that I have had to replace this heating pad every two years since it came out. It seems to die after a couple of years. Even so, I always buy it again because it is so soft and comfy. I use my heating pad everyday because of arthritis and fibromyalgia. I will continue to buy this heating pad as long as it is offered. It doesn't get very hot, more like, just right.

I almost choked at the price for a heating pad..but it has been worth EVERY penny. It is so lightweight, foldable, and safe to boot. I'll probably buy another one since my kids always fight over who gets to use it!
