Directions
The first evening take up to 4 tablets before going to sleep. Then to complete the program, beginning the next morning, take 4 tablets 3 times a day for 3 days, then up to 2 tablets 3 times a day until complete. Take all tablets with 8 ounces of water or milk and food. Warnings
