3.0 out of 5 stars Not as good as the other releases., July 15, 2004
All Hail The Dead is a bit of a step backwards for Walls of Jericho. Instead of progressing with their unique brand of Slayer-influenced Metalcore they have decided to go Youth Crew to a degree. While traditional hardcore will always be great, Walls of Jericho focuses too much on trying to get its listeners to start a one-man moshpit. This album is essentially one continuous breakdown.

Candace also manages to ruin several songs by overlaying singing on top of screaming. While those two may work seperately, together her weak singing voice overshadows her powerful blood-curdling screams. Despite all this criticism I still recommend this for all Walls of Jericho fans and hardcore fans in general, just don't go into expecting another Bound Feed The Gagged or you will be disappointed.

5.0 out of 5 stars 13 tracks of hardcore, July 11, 2004
By João brito (Portugal) - See all my reviews
Ok, let's start from the beginning. This is an hardcore cd not a nu-metal cd, so if you want to listen a girl singing and rapping it's better to forget this cd.
This record is fast and intense, what would you expect from an hardcore record?
