Editorial Reviews

triplet mom
BIG kudos for creating such an informative, honest, and heartwarming video. It's the perfect combination of information and personal experiences.

Product Description
Parents expecting triplets or quadruplets are in a very unique situation! So in addition to professional experts, producer Teri Benson knew she had to turn to the most helpful resources she had during her own triplet pregnancy: parents who have been through their own pregnancy, delivery and first critical months with newborn triplets and quadruplets. There is so much you can learn from their experiences and stories!

This video contains 95 minutes of detailed information on triplet and quadruplet pregnancies, deliveries and bringing children home. Thirteen sets of parents as well as five professionals give their expertise. The video also contains fun footage of triplets and quadruplets!

Actor or director comments : When I became pregnant with my own triplets I was frustrated at the lack of information specific to my situation. I knew that having triplets was so much different than having twins, yet most of the information I found was specific to twins. I hope that parents expecting triplets or quadruplets find this video helpful. I think video provides a way to get a lot of information quickly and is a great way for both husband and wife to get information together. Good luck in your wild new journey!

3.0 out of 5 stars Not what you'd expect, January 5, 2006
I am expecting triplets and when I read about this DVD, I was really excited, because from the description, both here and on the company Web site, it implies that it is educational and gives advice, tips, etc. That is not the case. It basically is couples sharing their stories of when they first found out they were having triplets and some of the things they went through with pregnancy. No tips, no advice. There is a delivery nurse and doctor explaining procedures for how they handle a triplet pregnancy. I was disappointed. The whole reason that I bought the video was to learn from other parents some techniques for when my babies arrive. The only thing it did was scare my husband and I! Like we weren't scared enough! It isn't a bad video. Just be prepared to know that it does not get into sharing advice. Only stories.
