A member of Motorola's rugged Fun Series of two-way radios, the upgraded, restyled Motorola Talkabout T4900 offers an enhanced range of up to three miles, which is ideal for neighborhood communications among both friends and family. The full-sized radio is designed with a rugged housing that protects the electronics whether at the playground, in school, or at the mall. Its 22-frequency capacity gives users plenty of options, as do the 38 private codes. Additional features include an accessory connector that enables hands-free headset operation, a call confirm tone, and an audible low-battery alert. This package comes with two radios, each of which runs on three AA batteries (not included).

Reception is clear and and can reach other person quite far apart. Now we have cell phones so these just sit in the drawer.

KInda a weird color but me and my friends are coo with it for now we arent to picky, oh wait yeah we are. Strange looking but me and my homeys are okay for now I guess. Peace up atown down
