If you are truly ready to jumpstart your life from your regular, mundane, day-to-day routine then the Four Elements of Life is your key. Ms. Osuagwu takes you through a twenty-eight day coaching program to help you realize your passions and live a more fulfilling life. Each day an exercise is presented for you to journal your thoughts and ideas.

The CD is a very easy listening CD. Chinwe has a very powerful and awe inspiring voice. She captivates and holds your attention throughout the CD. I recommend this CD to everyone looking for the gift within them, after listening you feel that there is nothing that you can't accomplish if you put your mind to it.
