While the fluted rim on this pie dish broadens it to an overall diameter of 10-1/2 inches, the interior dimension is the popular 9-inch size required for most pies and quiches. Color saturates the outside of the two-inch-deep dish, while the inside is glazed a bright white. The glaze is so smooth that greasing is not necessary and clean-up is made especially easy.
