I could not use this product after I received it. It did not comply with my cell phone plan. I'm sure the product was good and also a good buy. However I was disappointed after I returned it to learn that Amazon not only deducted my return postage, but also deducted the same amount again stating it was a promo product. I'm certainly don't think it was fair to charge me for a second deduction when, in fact, they had charged my account for the full amount in January.

this cell phone is simply superb,its good in all aspects,it has all the features required embedded in a small unit.video and sound recording is good,external memory of 32mb is an additional feature which helps us to store more data,its user friendly,no flip,no antenna,easy to carry in a pocket and above all most appreciated is the battery,it has good stand by and talk time,nokia make is best make but this is best amongst best..nokia 6230 is amazing and its more amazing as i got it for a better deal from amazon.thank u.
