ENCARTA STANDARD is not bad, but it is very much better to buy Encarta Reference Library, because it has very much more text, very much more multimedia and very much more features (Atlas and so on). I have reviewed it if you want extra information. The PC system requirements are about the same.

Encarta 2005 is a great program... with constant updates to it updated and the price is a smmmmmmallllll fraction of a paper dictionary... And my younger cousins love the Encarta Kids addition for the Premium Suite... trust me... if you wanna buy Encarta... get the premium suite... everything you'll ever need will be on it..!
