I bought this because I have crappy health insurance and can't really afford to see a doctor. It did not work and I still had to see a doctor for antibiotics.

I was in pain, as anyone who has had a UTI knows. I decided I didn't want to use the antibiotic route as that just kills all the bacteria in your lower tract. I read about D-Mannose and how it attaches itself to the bacteria and removes it when you "go". I decided to check out my nearest health store and found this product. The employee recommended this brand. I immediately took the recommended dose WITH a bottle of cranberry juice and was no longer feeling that painful feeling in the bathroom. (Every 10 minutes...!) I continued taking (5) tablets every 3-4 hours with cranberry juice, until the bottle was gone. It worked great and I didn't get the yeast infection that you can get when taking an antibiotic. Thanks for such a great product!!!!!

This is an extremely effective product. When I am taking this stuff, I have no symptoms AT ALL of my UTI. Without it, I am practically immobile because of the pain. It is fast-acting and symptoms start to subside within an hour or so and are pretty much gone after two hours.

I read that first time UTIs are 90% likely to be caused by e. coli, as are 70-80% of recurring UTIs, which is what this stuff acts on. It pretty much draws out the e.coli by giving it something "tastier" to feast on than your UT.

I think it's just something that is exclusive to me, but, this stuff actually hasn't managed to completely get RID of my UTI. I think I'm just not drinking enough water to flush it all out. I don't really know.

What I DO know is that, as I stated above, I have NO symptoms while taking this stuff (except for that unpleasant UTI urine smell).

The only down side to this product is that it tastes awful. The website says it's a sweet, mild-tasting powder, but I find it hard to believe that anyone who has ever consumed this product would call it sweet. HOWEVER, my boyfriend doesn't think it's that bad, SO, I suppose it's just a matter of opinion. I guess you can have faith in that. :)

AND, it IS a little pricey, but, considering what it can offer you, it is well worth it.
