With every new Rawlings acoustic piano, we ship via our exclusive, fully-insured "Baby Your Grand Service." We do away with the normal headaches of arranging for delivery of your new piano. This service virtually eliminates the problems of moving and un-crating an instrument that weighs several hundred pounds. Once you place your order, your new piano will be delivered to your geographic location. Upon reaching your area, our shippers will contact you to set up a time for you to receive your new piano. Finally, upon arrival, our team will uncrate and set up your piano in your home, and remove all shipping debris. Total shipping time from order to delivery can take anywhere from three to four weeks, depending upon your location. After the piano is delivered, we will have one of our Concert Piano Technicians contact you to tune and make any necessary adjustments to the instrument.
