From the Actor
Instructor/Actor Cindy Mason says "This video is really about gorilla medicine...taking care of your health, even if the system collapses, or you live in a place that there just isn't any healthcare. Its been going on for a long time in other places. We're just trying help make it easier for folks to find out about it. If this video doesn't suit your fancy for any reason...keep looking, because the answers are out there.... We tried to design the material so even if you only had a little time, you can do SOMETHING. Notice what it is you like, this is what you will be most able to remember and take with you. The great thing about this kind of Self Care, is that you don't need insurance, electricity, or prescriptions, to benefit. The other great thing about Self Care is that it is blind to economic status, ethnicity, or location. The most important thing, is your willingness to try. Don't give up."
