I agree with the reviewer who didn't know what this was, but I actually am a "technocrat." Despite my advanced degrees in computer science and several years experience designing and testing advanced communication systems, I too haven't the slightest idea what this is.

I would have rated this higher had Amazon included a description. I think it's fair to ask what it is I'm paying for.

I gave this a 3 star but it could have been a 5 star or a 1 star because I have no idea what this product is even though it came with the phone that I bought last year. Have not used the service and would not even know how to use it. Probably would not use it even if I knew how it worked. Sorry for putting you through this but we all are not technocrats.
