I LOVE Callanetics. I did Callanetics regularly before I had my first (and only) child at age 42. The pregnancy was a piece of cake and I only had to push twice during the delivery. I give all of the credit to Callanetics (and God of course). Now that I am almost 57, my goal is to get rid of the middle aged woman look (my stomach). I have to keep up with my 14 year daughter and that takes a lot of energy. Also, the neck exercises have totally relieved me of any pain and/or tension in my neck and shoulders. I still don't really understand how it works, but I know IT DOES!

I love Callanetics (basic?). I bought the VHS original in 1986 and have used it off and on for almost 20 (!) years. The Callanetics - Stomach DVD doesn't offer anything new from the basic / original Callanetics. If you are interested in Callanetics, buy the basic/original or super Callanetics. The Stomach DVD is a waste of money.

I did this before my wedding and had fabo abs.
This is a great and do-able video. I love the whole callenetics program. My favorite is the am/pm video (which includes this ab workout also).
You will not regret buying this, your abs will thank you.
AND It sneaks up on you, for me I had done it for about 4 weeks and it suddenly occured to me how flat my abs were one day!
It makes you feel very good too, I always feel refreshed after doing this, not worn out. I got the quick stomach one for days when I don't do the whole thing, although I do use my am/pm dvd the most. Callanetics beats pilates hands down EVERYTIME!!!
