I bought these to use for blood pressure training, however you can't hear a viable pulse with either headset. Pay More - Get More!

This is a great device to listen together with your husband or wife. It comes unassembled, but with the picture instructions, putting it together was easy. It took all of 5 minutes to listen to heart beats. It's nice quality, but still not as great as our fetal stethoscope to hear gurgling sounds in the gut.
