Bought this to do pilates on my hardwoods. Really the perfect amount of cushion & does not move with rolling exercises. Great for spine and hipbones. Came rolled up and the edge still doesn't want to completely unfold, that's why it gets 4 instead of 5. I'm sure it will eventually come out but it should've been packaged more carefully. Also, since it is thicker than a normal mat, it takes up a little more room, but it is worth the comfort!

I love this mat for my pilates class - it's nice and thick, yet grips well for standing positions. Easy to roll up and keep in my car, too. I highly recommend this for pilates exercise classes. You will appreciate it when doing "rolling like a ball"!

My sister absolutely loved this mat! I gave it to her for Christmas. She just got wood floors and needed a mat to work out on. This mat is the thickest I have seen. I was very pleased with the high quality.
