MOSTAG ships 13" knock-off, NOT 18" Raichlen gloves. No Raichlen brand or signature. When I called MOSTAG they said they don't offer an 18" glove, and blamed the mistake on AMAZON.com. I told them they (MOSTAG)offer 18" gloves all over the NET and they said all web sites were mistaken and it was NOT MOSTAG's fault. MOSTAG refused to send refund and demanded return of product at my expense, even though they shipped the wrong item. THANKFULLY, AMAZON HONORS IT'S A-Z GUARANTEE, AND ISSUED ME AN AMAZON REFUND.
