Product Description

Presented in an 8-panel digipak, this album from U.K. post-black metal freaks The Axis Of Perdition treads even more new territory in their quest to permanently scar the mind of the listener with intense, over-the-top abstracts. Code 666. 2005.

5.0 out of 5 stars Welcome to Hell or as they like to call it, The Transition Hospital..., March 25, 2006
This isn't just music, this is an experience. Albeit one that will twist and turn, blacken and warp your fragile human mind. You wander the halls of the transition hospital, tortured screams permeate the air, patients/victims sob and beg for their meager lives. Other noises arise from the blackness buzzing, hissing, slamming doors...things you can't even identify and you're so scared you can't move a muscle in fear of alerting some great evil to your presence. Everything is dark, there is no light, you might wonder if this is all just a nightmare and that's when you yourself are the one screaming in agony. But then you realize, this is just music i'm listening to...isn't it?

Confine yourself in a pitch black room, put on your headphones, crank up the volume and let your imagination do the rest. Seriously f*cked post-black metal/industrial/noise/ambience/lounge jazz(?).
