Known for their consistent high quality, these guinea hens are raised from the highest quality breeding stock available, on a whole grain diet without the addition of any hormones or steroids. They have 50% less fat than chicken. Great when the whole bird is barded and slowly roasted. Net Weight: 2.5-3 lbs.
