From the supplier: Senior physical education majors of the East Carolina University underwent mock interviews with principals to enhance their knowledge about the interviewing process. In preparation, the preservice teachers generated their own questions to the principal regarding health benefits, faculty evaluation and coaching responsibilities. Meanwhile, the principals were asked to make the usual interview inquiries. Due to this exercise, preservice teachers were able to gauge their own qualifications as against what the principals expected.
