From the supplier: Property managers are urged to initiate steps designed to address issues associated with the Year 2000 computing crisis that is expected to create a number of annoyances, business disruptions and costly litigations. They are encouraged to evaluate administrative computer systems handling accounting and transition activities, with emphasis on legacy systems supporting customized software based on old programming languages. They are also advised to check the operations of their building elevators, heating and cooling equipment, security systems, and fire alarms. Moreover, property managers are urged to evaluate their computer hardware and software. They should see to it that their operating systems support system dates and rebooting procedures.
