Vitamineral Green 16 Oz. Version 3.8 This is what I eat for breakfast every day. I make a smoothie with wild blueberries, a banana and juice or Diversitea, and add fresh ground Flax seed and this is all I have til late in the day. I stopped craving meat, and actually became a vegetarian without consciously deciding to. Lost 10 lbs, and have more energy than before I started using it. Vitamineral Green also acts as a gentle detox to the system, so when you start taking it, use under 1 teaspoon per serving! Work up to 1-2 tbsp, over time.Vitamineral Green 16 Oz. Version 3.8

I've been taking Vitamineral Green on and off for about 5.5 years, and in my life the improvements on how I feel and on my general health have been evident. It basically eliminated my sinus allergies, I rarely catch the flu or other illnesses, or if I do it significantly reduces the downtime and the strength of the illness. I cannot say enough good things about it, because even though I try to consistently exercise and eat healthy, it is not always possible. And substituting a meal for a green smoothie keeps me on track and energized. If you live an active lifestyle and you want to improve your overall health, I highly recommend this product. Just make sure to mix it with good, natural APPLE juice or tropical fruits (mango, bananas and pineapple work great for me)in a smoothie. It clashes with berries and citrus fruit (I only use pineapple mixed with others) and it tastes like mowed grass if you have it with plain water. Mixed with the right stuff I actually enjoy it.

P.S. I've bought this from different places, online and regular stores, and this seller (Alive and Aware) so far has been great. I've used them twice and I'm about to order another round because I'm out. Their price is hard to beat and they ship promptly.

I whole heartedly support this product. I've tried several different brands looking for the right admixture of taste and benefit ..... and this product clearly provides just that. I mix the powder with apple juice, water and frozen strawberries ..... and the taste is earthy but pleasant by my standards. The energy boost I receive is like caffeine without the jitters.... and I know that this drink includes more vegetable/mineral benefits then I could or would fit into one days consumption!
