Product Description

The A4Tech BatteryFREE Wireless Optical Mouse does not need the battery to keep powered on. It works with its partner - the Ingenious Mouse Pad. The Mouse Pad will transfer constant power to the mouse and whenever the mouse is placed on the mouse pad which is plugged to the computer via a USB connector.

I read the reviews thought I would give it a try and happy I did. Great mouse and I love the fact that the mouse pad is hard so it works real nice when you don't have a good surface for a mouse.
