Each utensil is sized for utility and makes for a nice addition to any busy kitchen: The slotted turner measures 13-3/8 by 3 by 3/4 inches; the meat fork measures 13 by 1-1/8 by 1-1/4 inches; the slotted spoon measures 13-1/4 by 2-3/4 by 1-5/8 inches; the spoon measures 13-1/4 by 2-3/4 by 1-5/8 inches; the soup ladle measures 12-1/2 by 3-5/8 by 3 inches; the skimmer measures 13-3/4 by 4-1/8 by 2-1/4 inches; the spaghetti fork measures 12-1/2 by 2-3/4 by 2 inches. All of the tools measure approximately 2 millimeters thick. The double-wall canister is 7 inches high 4-3/4-inches in diameter. This set is imported.

Spatula heads are made of silicone, a flexible, heat-resistant, colorfully-tinted material. Silicone bends perfectly to scoop batter out of bowls. And silicone utensils go right into the dishwasher for easy cleanup. This set from Pinzon includes seven utensils: a large spatula, two medium spatulas, two small scrapers, a large spoon-shaped spatula, and a basting brush. The heads are silicone The long, handles are hollow stainless steel with hanging holes on the ends. Set comes with a brushed stainless-steel, double-walled canister. The silicone heads on these spatulas are heat resistant to between 428 and 480 degrees F.

I purchased this and liked it so much that I have decided to give another set as a wedding gift. These are well made and look very nice. Exactly the kind of thing you would want to be seen in a kitchen, not hiding in a drawer. (And this is coming from a man!)

You get a good variety of items, just what every cook needs. Keep in mind that these are not coated and thus may not be suitable for non-stick cookware. (You should avoid non-stick pans anyway since it was recently determined to have carcinogenic properties! Go for stainless steel!)

Love is in the details. The size and shape of the handle should allow all sizes of hands to grasp firmly. The handles are also stainless steel but are designed not to get hot as they are separated from the shank of the handle. They have attractive hooks on the end if you want to hang them. The fork has a little plastic sleeve to cover the tines so you don't stab yourself reaching for another item. The bin is bottom heavy so it will not tip and has this little pad at the bottom so you don't damage a item when you drop it in. It is also large enough that you can add a couple of other items easily.

This is a handsome set that should last for years while retaining a "like new" appearance.

Dishwasher safe!

I give this set five stars despite the fact that they do no stir food automatically or turn over my eggs without breaking the yolks.

Pros:
Low Price
All stainless
Canister can hold extra tools
Functional tools

Cons:
So-so quality (more on this later)

Who should buy these? Someone looking for a canister to hold their spoons and spatulas, and wants a relatively complete set of utensils. Just add a whisk and anything else you might need in the extra space. These are a great value.

Now for the Cons. The quality isn't as great as some might make it out to be. I will say the fit and finish is fair. They have some sharp edges that should have been buffed out at the factory, and other visible manufacturing defects. However, none of these will affect the function, and functionally these are good tools. The only drawback is the stainless is somewhat thin, so I can easily bend some of the tools, but they are strong enough for most cooking needs, which is the important part.

Now to the all stainless comment. It is like nails on a chalkboard for me. They screech when they go into the canister and the screech when the come out. It is an awful sound that makes me cringe. They also shouldn't be used on some non-stick pots and pans.

Overall I am happy with my purchase and would buy the product again.
