A compilation album the 3rd in this out standing series., October 9, 2006
It jumps in at the number 9 on this months charts I am not surprised because it is an album compiled to cater for every musical taste or style there. There is a blend of up tempo and mello vibez. From Contemporary to classic and from reggae to R&B and the story just goes on and on. There are two cd's and an outstanding 29 track in total to rock or quench any musical thirst.
The album opens with the artist of the moment the incredible J. Moss with the great `Don't Pray And Worry' what an opener! The album feature tracks from the following artists: Papa San, Tye Tribett, New Direction, Charles & Taylor, Ruben Studdard, Tonex, Kirk Franklin, Fred Hammond, Mary Mary, with the track `Ordinary People, Isreal & New Breed, Martha Munizzi, Faithful Central, Kurt Carr, Joseph Pace II, William Murphy, Andrae Crouch, Soul Seeker, Donnie McClurkin, Byron Cage, Bebe Winans, Stephen Hurd, Bishop Paul S. Morton, Dorinda Clark-Cole, Virtue, Lisa McClendon, T.D. Jakes, Anthony Evens & CeCe Winans with `Thirst for You' were you at KICC when she performed this track live? AMAZING!!
This album will mark any gospel music novice a veteran over night because it features most of the Gospel Greats. The only thing that lets this album down is that there are on UK artist featured it. While I most ask?. The amazing Raymond & Co would have complimented this album immensely. We pray that Volume 4 will feature some UK artist. This is still highly recommended because it an outstanding value
