5.0 out of 5 stars Great Rock n Roll is Back!, October 31, 2005
After an almost fifteen year absence of rock music in the mainstream it looks like rock music is making a triumphant return. If bands like the Tokyo Dragons are any indication, the days of grunge and rap as mainstream staples are not long for this world. The excellent reception of the Tokyo Dragon's music in the UK seems to support the prediction that they and bands like "the Darkness" are on the vangard of this revolution. As a veteran of the Golden Age of Rock, you know, the late 60's and the 1970's, I can safely say that I haven't been so excited by new music since I was in my early twenties sometime in the very early 1980's! It's been well over a decade since I drooled over getting a new "record" in my hands. I feel like a teenager again and these guys, the Tokyo Dragons' are the ones that did this to me. God Bless 'em! They are no less than a mix of Motorhead and AC/DC. No compromises. No let-downs. Each song rocks and has the energy that rock and roll is supposed to have. No angst either phoney or real here. No dark lyrics. No assinine evil costumes. No done to death dark music. No grunge here. Not a single rap lyric anywhere. But why should there be? This is REAL F'KN ROCK & ROLL!

4.0 out of 5 stars The Sound I've Missed!, March 13, 2006
By Russell Workman (Sydney, NSW Australia.) - See all my reviews
(REAL NAME)
It's getting better each day for we lovers of what the word Rock really stands for. After a decade of mumbling or screaming singers and so-called guitarists who took pride in being unable to play their instruments, we now have great bands like Tokyo Dragons coming to re-kindle our love of music and to save us from having to desperately trawl through obscure '60's and '70's lost bands; hoping to find a lost gem of real rock we haven't heard or have in our collections.
Tokyo Dragons, you are our salvation! Keep it coming!

This band is awesome. No doubts whatsoever, Tokyo Dragons are a rolling good time. Nothing but straight out rock and roll. I love this band.
