5.0 out of 5 stars Rainbow's Down to Earth, Part 2, December 15, 2004
This review is from: Stand in Line (Audio CD)
This is an excellent hard rock pyrotechnics show. Great writing, wall-of-sound production, and top-notch musicanship make this a delight. And add in the wild vocal acrobatics of the incredible Graham Bonnet (ex-Rainbow, MSG, etc.), and you've got a screaming hard rock classic. If you dig Rainbow's "Down to Earth," you'll dig this too.

4.0 out of 5 stars If you like Yngwie Malmsteen . ., October 8, 1999
By A Customer
you will like Chris Impellitteri. Impellitteri is Yngwie neo-classical combined with Blackmore-ish gothic. The guitar work is impressive. "Secret Lover" is one of the finest, rythmic lead guitar solos I've heard - it takes up the entire second half of the track and has to be cranked up. "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" will freak you out at first but eventually you'll settle down. Secret Lover, Stand in Line, and Tonight I Fly must be heard.

5.0 out of 5 stars You can't handle the truth!!, February 24, 2007
By Chris Kaiser (Billings, MT United States) - See all my reviews
(REAL NAME)
Impelliteri's STAND IN LINE interested me since Graham Bonnet was listed as the singer. Otherwise, I had never listened to anything by Impelliteri. Shame on me. Don't pay any attention to the negative reviews you might see about this CD. This is not for the weak at heart by any means. Chris Impelliteri and his guitar are a lethal combination and with Bonnet's vocals this album will knock you out.
