For reducing structural and impact noise in residential construction. State of the art isolation clips help build a room within a room. Full installation instructions included. When used with Mass Loaded Vinyl, increases STC rating to where loud shouting can't be heard on the other side of the wall. The clips have been acoustically tested, and will add to impact noise resistance, something that insulation alone doesn't provide. Can be used with WOOD, STEEL, CONCRETE. Attaches to 25 gauge hat track channel. Simulates double wall construction.
