We are red sauce lovers and we especially like sauces from a jar that taste like they have cooked all day. This sauce's taste and texture is like a sauce cooked all day. It is a thick, chunky, flavorful sauce. They advertise this as Italian Gravy and it surly is thick as gravy. WE LOVE IT!
