Have not used this warranty yet. Seriuosly doubt I will. Most of my tools wear down instead of breakdown. I feel this would be great for those air/battery tools with other sensitive items inside, like a paslode nail gun. I had a finish nailer that cost over $165 in repairs just because I dropped it on my garage floor. This product would have been fine except the value is a lot more than $199. It took over four months to receive the paperwork associated with this minimal bit of insurance. Most good tools have there own warranty and they cost more than $200 bucks. I would say overall, do not buy this product for any tool under $200.
