Within 5 minutes of placing an order on Amazon, I cancelled my order which I thought included the cancellation of this warranty. However, Amazon informed me that I would have to contact the company directly to cancel. I did and they informed me that I could ONLY cancel the warranty in writing to them via snail mail and a refund check would then be issued. So, in the meantime, I must see this charge on my credit card and incur finance charges. This company's return policy is a joke. DO NOT BUY THEIR WARRANTIES!!!!!!
