After ordering both the service plan and the tool at the same time, the service plan was here in just a few days; the tool was on back order for almost two months... They were nice enough to start my service plan when my tool was shipped. Very nice! Thank you!

The reason I have not given this a good or great review is I have yet to receive this contract. The ETA (Estimate time delivery) was no later than October 1,2008. It is now 18 days out. I have written the company of contract twice w/no response and once to Amazon which I have not heard from them as of yet

I canceled this purchase 20 minutes after ordering They canceled the order for the tool the warranty was for but not the warranty. Im still trying to get it canceled three months later.
