Product Description

In my upcoming book “Why My Wife Thinks I'm an Idiot” I go in search of the answer to the question: Why do all our wives think we are such idiots? In this first person account of a recent event in his life, ESPN's Mike Greenberg brings to light another - perhaps equally important - question. If they think we are such idiots, why don't they do something about it? I attempt to turn the tables on my exasperated wife and prove beyond the shadow of a doubt that it is she - not me - who is responsible for another fine mess we get into.

1.0 out of 5 stars Do you really want to pay money for this?, October 10, 2006
By Rabid "bud3" (Detroit, MI) - See all my reviews
There is hardly anything original or anything funny in this unless you have been living in an isolated society and have never heard these bland comments (it would be inappropriate to call them jokes) before. It is full of cliches like wife looking fat in pants or asking a non-pregnant woman when she is due.

I know you are thinking it is only half a buck. Go and buy some candy with it and download anything on Youtube or Google video. There is a high chance that that would be funnier-much funnier.

5.0 out of 5 stars A Giggle of Truth!, August 25, 2007
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I have to say right off, Mr. Greenberg definitely gave me my monies worth in this giggle of a read. Is it true that men just cannot keep a secret? Or, do they tell things because they only hear part of what their wife's are saying and somehow the little words, 'but don't say anything.' don't even enter their heads? Perhaps we will never know, but I'll tell you this. I definitely could relate to this story and it was fun hearing it from a man's perspective. I think I may have learned something, and I'll remember it, although I'll probably not tell my husband I did.
This was a really fun read. A truth told in a light-hearted way; a story that men will relate to, and women will finally have a glimpse into the mind of a man. Well done Mr. Greenberg. Very enjoyable!
