It measures 49 by 71 by 74 inches (LxWxH) and comfortably seats up to four people. It features a natural hardwood construction and offers a tempered glass door and bench seating on either side of the interior. It's easy to assemble--just snap the panels together. You can adjust the temperature and timer via the electronic digital control panel. It also includes a magazine rack, reading lamp, and an AM/FM stereo with a CD player, so you can enjoy your favorite relaxing tunes as you lounge in the luxurious heat. (NOTE: This sauna requires a 20 AMP dedicated outlet.)

An infrared sauna produces dry heat and a lower temperature (between 120 and 150 degrees), which increases tolerance for longer sessions in the sauna. This infrared-powered sauna is safe to use (it's the same energy received by the sun) and will not cause tanning or promote skin cancer.
