This has a poor design. I thought it was an advanced flash drive, but I was wrong. As long as it is attached to your computer you cannot see the light. Why? because the designer has put the light on the back of the flash. Also if you happen to insert it to the USB port from the wrong side, it just gets into the port and you realize later when nothing happens. See?

I have no problems with the drive. It is fast enough. My beef is that it is delaminating. The exterior coating has delaminated into a sticky mess. My attempts to clean it off are not so good and making matters worse. My drive has seen litle activity as it has been hanging on my office cubical since new. Obviously a manufacturing defect.
