3.0 out of 5 stars not great. but not horrid., November 26, 2006
A Kid's Review
It was an okay album. A little too much mainstream punk-pop. Annoying high pitched man voices. I wasn't too fond of All-American Rejects. Nor was I to Cartel. I loved the remake of Time After Time. Not as great as the original. But still good.

I was dissapointed that I Want You To Want me wasn't on the album though. It was a big part of the movie, and it not being on the album was dissapointing.

5.0 out of 5 stars John Tucker Must Die!, July 18, 2006
Thank God that "Dirty Little Secret" by the American Rejects was in this soundtrack. Very saitsfied! Not only does it have the Amercian Regects, it also has some really cool songs on it. The soundtrack have some cool rock songs, and some cool romantic songs (towards the last tracks of the soundtrack). Excited about how the movie is going to turn out based on this soundtrack, but by listening to the music, I know it's going to be hilarious and good. I wish that the other song that was in the trailer "Don't cha" performed by the Pussycat Dolls was in it.

1. Dirty Little Secret - The All-American Rejects 5/5
2. Honestly - Cartel 4/5
3. Chelsea - Stefy 5/5
4. Hope Song - Rock Kills Kid 4/5
5. Instantly Gratified - People In Planes 5/5
6. Better Open The Door - Motion City Soundtrack 4/5

8. Fool For Love - Stefy 3/5
9. This Will Be Our Year - Ok Go 4/5
10. I Like What You Say - Nada Surf 4/5

3.0 out of 5 stars The soundstrack is okay, but ..., October 8, 2007
it's missing some of the better songs in the film itself, e.g. the songs by Elvis Costello and Cheap Trick, not to mention "I Never" by Rilo Kiley. That's the song playing while they were on the yacht, and if you're not familiar with it, do yourself a favor and find it. Thank me later.
