I work as a chef and I am on my feet most of the day.My feet, ankles and knees take a real pounding. Over the years I have developed alot of pain and stiffness in these areas. I have tried eveything to ease my discomfort, from glucosamine to even getting cortizone shots in my feet. I was introduced to Apha Flex a few years ago and I must say that it has really helped me. I apply the lotion to any area that I am feeling pain and almost immediately there is a noticeable change. It is the only product that I have tried that makes a difference and I recomend it to anyone on the go who dosen't have time for pain.
