My 4-year-old son goes to sleep easy, but wakes up many times and by 5 or 5:30 is so antsy I have to get up, too. Then he's cranky and obviously tired. After talking to my doctor, we started giving him one of these tablets every night. He loves the flavor, and now he regularly sleeps until 7 in the morning! We're all happier.

I also give the same amount to my 9-year-old daughter (who also loves the flavor). She has always had trouble getting to sleep and often has nightmares. This has helped enourmously in helping her get to sleep, and get a deeper sleep so she's not getting the nightmares like she used to.

I have extreme insomnia; I've tried every kind of sleep technique out there and nothing has ever worked for me, until I tried this Melatonin. As long as I'm making an effort to fall asleep, this stuff has put me to sleep most of the time. It won't knock you out like certain drugs can, but if it's dark and quiet, you will definitely fall asleep with this stuff within 30 minutes, just make sure you don't swallow any of it; just dissolve under your tongue completely.

A warning though: a few of the times it didn't work, I would take another tablet, this however, caused me to feel very nauseous for a couple hours. Not sure if they're related, but I did experience it enough times to correlate the nausea to the tablets. Note though that I have never felt nauseous while taking one tablet a night.

For those who still wake up in the middle of the night while taking these, take some Magnesium as well. The Melatonin helps you fall asleep while the Magnesium keeps you asleep during the night.

By the way, these things actually taste good!

I occasionally take one of these when I really want a good nights sleep. This product worked great for me. I can totally feel it in a matter of 15-20 minutes. My eyes start getting heavy and I know I'm about to fall asleep. I only take one tablet, I'm 5"11 and 170 lbs.
