This is a great game. We caught on right away. You have to match your cards by either color, shape, or count. First one to get rid of all his cards wins! My son really likes it. I think it's good for speeding up children's thinking (processing). It also comes in a handy little card tin, which helps keep the directions and all the cards nice and neat.

Blink is a speedy card game. 60 cards come in 6 figures, 6 different colors and there are up to 5 figures on each card. The object of the game is to get rid of your half of the cards by matching either the color, count or figure on your cards with the piles in front of you. Although the recommended ages are 7 through adult, my 4 year old really enjoys the gamee and does well at it too!
I believe it's educational for the younger kids regarding creating the matches. They must learn to recognize the colors, shapes & number of objects on the cards - and do it quickly.
My 6 year old has become sneaky and plays multiple cards at once - she is very competitive and manages to beat the adults, too!
The game is even more playable and fun because it's quick and simple. The cards have a nice tin so it's easy for the kids to put them away, and it's so quick that we can play a game right before dinner.
The only drawback I see is that it is really designed for two people. Three can play with only a slight revision to the normal gameplay, but a group of four play has to do a tournament type of thing.
Overall, I think this is a great game, and I kind of wish I had purchased this long ago.

I bought this for my hubby for a Christmas stocking stuffer - and it's one of his favourite gifts! The game plays very quickly, and the rules aren't complicated. A very easy but addictive card game - we played it a lot over our Christmas vacation, and now he has it at work (he plays with his coworkers during lunch). Also, I think kids would like it too.
