When finished, mail your manuscript to the publisher in the postage paid envelope provided. It's that easy. In just weeks you'll receive your professionally typeset and hardbound book with your title and photo laminated on the cover. The standard book included in the Baby Story kit price (less return shipping and handling) can be up to 12 pages long and includes up to 300 of your very own typeset words. Extra materials are included in the kit giving you the option of additional pages (up to 50), doubles sided pages and additional words. Best of all, you can make extra copies for grandparents, friends and relatives.

Product Description

Baby Story makes it easy to create your own professional quality keepsake 7" x 9" book. This kit includes easy-to-follow directions, over 100 baby-themed Mrs. Grossman's stickers, special tape, design pages on which to attach your photos and write your captions, an order form and a prepaid envelope to return the materials for publication. The standard book includes 15 pages, but you have options for making almost any type of book up to 50 pages (two sided) in length. There can be more words than the 300 included, or you can type or hand write them yourself. Your cover photo and book title are laminated onto your choice of six 7" x 9" cover colors. Your photos are returned with your finished book. Normal production time is approximately two weeks from when your materials are received. Options for multiple reproductions and rush service are also available.

Baby Story now offers an Internet production option that incorporates online drawing tools that include backgrounds and stickers, photo downloading capability, allows for more words per page, a choice of font styles and colors and faster production times at no extra cost.

Baby story is basically a kit to create your own book however you want to design it. I made one for my daughter last year and now plan to do the same for my son. I was very impressed with the quality of the book and how quickly the turn around was. It did cost quite a bit more with printing on both sides of the pages, an extra 10 pages and 3 additional copies for grandmothers. I made a copy for my daughter which she absolutely loves to have it read to her. I only wish I had made my own copy as she did rip out a page already! Also I tried a lot of use of colored paper like in scrapbooking but found that the pages I left white and used stickers to decorate came out best (and a lot quicker too!). Great product but expect to have devote many hours to completing it (not right for everyone).
