These tablets have a nice taste, no aftertaste, do give me a noticable burst of energy in the middle of my workout - and are only 5 calories per tablet to boot! We enjoy them much more than some of the other options out there.

EQ Smart Energy Drink tablets are great. Although I wouldn't suggest adding them straight to water as the flavor alone isn't all that great; but when mixed with Gatorade it makes a great drink with just the right amount of caffeine to get me started but not give the shakes. The ginkgo is also a plus, as I use this right before every calculus test.

I was a little skeptical of this, especially because it came in tablets, but it is one of the best energy drinks i have ever had. You can combine it with any juice you want and gives a great kick so you can pull those all nighters. Great for college kids!!!
