Must be mounted to a clean, smooth, flat, non-porous surface. Used as balance assist only not for body weight leverage. Always make sure bar is securely attached before each use and reattach if loose.

Clean the surface the bar is to be mounted to. The tilting levers must be up and loose. Press the rubber discs on to the surface, the whole of each disc must be completely on th surface. The disc must cover any grout line and must be a 1/2" away from all joints. Press the tilting levers down on each of the discs. Test the adhesion. If loose reposition and try again. To remove flip tilt levers up and slip fingertip under each disc to release suction. Check adhesion before every use.
